Seller Agreement

1. Introduction

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Pristify ("we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("Seller," "you," or "your") who wishes to sell products or services through the Pristify platform. By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

2. Seller Eligibility

2.1. To become a seller on Pristify, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid business license (if required by your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain a valid payment method
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2.2. We reserve the right to reject any seller application or terminate any seller account at our sole discretion.

3. Product and Service Requirements

3.1. All products and services listed on Pristify must:

• Be accurately described
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Meet our quality standards
• Be properly categorized

3.2. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

• Counterfeit goods
• Illegal products
• Dangerous materials
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Products that violate our community standards

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. You are responsible for setting your own prices, which must:

• Be competitive and reasonable
• Include all applicable taxes
• Not be misleading or deceptive

4.2. Payment terms:

• We will process payments within 10 business (maximum) days of order completion
• A service fee of 10% will be deducted from each sale, dependent on the license type
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

5. Order Fulfillment

5.1. You must:

• Process orders promptly
• Maintain accurate inventory
• Ship items within the specified timeframe
• Provide tracking information
• Handle returns according to our policy

5.2. Failure to fulfill orders may result in:

• Account suspension
• Financial penalties
• Termination of seller privileges

6. Customer Service

6.1. You are responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries within 24 hours
• Resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining a minimum customer satisfaction rating
• Providing accurate product information

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. You retain ownership of your intellectual property, but grant us a license to:

• Display your products on our platform
• Use your content for marketing purposes
• Modify content as needed for platform functionality

8. Termination

8.1. We may terminate this Agreement if you:

• Violate any terms of this Agreement
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to maintain required performance standards
• Violate any applicable laws

8.2. You may terminate this Agreement by:

• Providing 30 days written notice
• Removing all products from the platform
• Settling all outstanding obligations

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Claims exceeding the amount paid to us in the previous 12 months

10. Changes to Agreement

10.1. We may modify this Agreement at any time by:

• Posting the updated version on our platform
• Notifying you of significant changes
• Requiring your acceptance of new terms

11. Governing Law
