1. Introduction

Pristify respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy outlines our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Filing a Copyright Infringement Notice

2.1. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon on our platform, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including:

3. Counter-Notification

3.1. If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

3.2. Send your counter-notification to our Copyright Agent at the address provided above.

4. Our Response Process

4.1. Upon receiving a valid copyright infringement notice, we will:

• Review the notice for completeness
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Provide the user with a copy of the infringement notice

4.2. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will:

• Review the counter-notification
• Forward it to the original complainant
• Restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action

5. Repeat Infringers

5.1. We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.

6. False Claims

6.1. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

7. Modifications

7.1. We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Notice and Takedown Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website.
